Google account automation
Hacala Studio Account Automation
A private, internal productivity tool operated by Hacala Studio. It connects only to Google accounts whose owner has explicitly authorized access. It is not offered as a public service.
What it does
- Checks Gmail for messages that match specific account, security, payment, and action rules.
- Sends private alerts and summaries to channels chosen by the Google account owner.
- Forwards selected receipts to a designated accounting mailbox.
- Marks processed messages as read and records message IDs to prevent duplicate handling.
Access and control
The automation uses Google OAuth. It never receives or stores the Google account password. Access can be removed at any time from the Google Account permissions page.
