What do you do?
I make people notice and remember you…
How, you ask?
I design for you a unique, timeless, and memorable brand identity that appeals to your target audience. This may include a name, a logo, a color scheme, print materials, signage, web and social media graphics, etc.
While it’s impossible to control what people think of you, you can certainly influence them by presenting a stunning and consistent brand identity.
I’m available for freelance work, long-term contracts, as well as monthly retainers so I can keep your brand looking sharp.
What does your process look like?
My process involves understanding your business, doing relevant research, exploring various creative concepts, refining the best direction, and delivering well-organized brand assets to you. Along the way, I listening closely to your feedback and offer professional design advice. Read more about the process here.
Can you do rushed projects?
Sure, if the timing is right. If a rushed project isn’t possible when we talk, then I can give you an estimated timeline.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the complexity of the project, the final deliverables involved, and how fast I receive your feedback on each creative presentation. Once I speak with you and understand your needs, then I can estimate a timeline for you, and you will always be updated as your project progresses.
It could take a couple weeks or a couple months. Tell me about your project and I can give you a better estimate.
What exactly will I receive upon completion?
Final deliverables are determined by the type of project and what is mutually agreed upon up front. You will receive yours files in a well-organized package and delivered via email and/or direct download.
Here are some examples of specific deliverables:
- Logo: Source files; ready-for-web images
- Brand identity: Source files; ready-for-web images; color palette; font choices; brand elements, style guide (whichever deliverables you need)
- Print materials: Source files for printing; image files for reference
- Brand name: Short list of 5–10 names (includes preliminary availability check)
- Tagline: Short list of 3–5 taglines (or just 1 tagline, if you like)
Source files may be Illustrator AI, PSD, or INDD files. Other deliverables may be PDF, JPG, PNG, GIF, or PPT files.
How much do you charge?
I charge per project because every case is unique. After learning about your business and agreeing on the specific deliverables, I will provide you with a quote — determined by the complexity and details of the project.
In general, my prices are based on my industry experience, professionalism, communication skills, customer service, and client track record. They are considered reasonable for the professional design industry.
If you are specifically looking for the cheapest prices or big discounts, then you’ve probably come to the wrong place. Please consider the long-term value of unique, timeless, and relevant design — the kind that will help grow your business and keep turning heads for years to come.
How do you accept payment?
Preferred methods of payment are:
- Bank transfer
- PayPal (+5%)
- Bitcoin or Ethereum (+5%)
For new clients, I request 50% of the total project fee before starting any work — the industry standard — and only 30% for return clients. The remaining amount should be paid once the project is complete, and prior to sending you the final deliverables.
Payment terms are negotiable, depending on the type and size of the project. For long-term projects, we can discuss Net30 payment.
Will I own my designs when the project is done?
Yes, ownership of the final deliverables are automatically transferred to you once I receive final payment and send you the files.
This transfer of ownership does not pertain to any preliminary work I create in the process of completing your final deliverables, as they remain under my copyright. Such preliminary work includes unused ideas, concepts, sketches, and artwork that may or may not have been shown to you during the project’s duration.
I don’t live near you. Will that affect my project?
Not at all. My clients come from all over the world. We can communicate by email, Slack, Skype, Zoom, Line, WhatsApp, Messenger, or whatever method is easiest for you. Since email leaves a reliable record that we can both reference later on, I prefer using email for receiving feedback and as follow-ups to phone calls. That way, nothing is forgotten or left out.
